If we fall short of the minimum
If Pothole Patrol does not deliver the guaranteed minimum referrals by your subscription anniversary date, you may elect either:
Option A — Pro-rata credit
Credit applied to your renewal. Example: Local tier — 2 of 3 referrals delivered → £1,000 off renewal.
Option B — Full refund
Full refund available where zero valid referrals were delivered during the subscription year.
What happens if we exceed your maximum?
Referrals above your annual ceiling are held in a priority queue and offered to your firm first at the start of your next subscription year — or delivered immediately at no extra cost on request. Firms consistently hitting the ceiling are offered a mid-year tier upgrade at a pro-rata rate.
